This Privacy Policy explains how Orvex Grid LLC ("Orvex Grid", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and our Mac application that connects to Google Drive (the "App").
Google user data summary. The App accesses Google Drive data only after you authorize access through Google OAuth. We use Google Drive data only to provide user-facing file browsing, upload, download, sync, and file management features inside the App. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Information We Collect

- Google account authorization information, such as OAuth tokens, when you connect the App to Google Drive.
- Google Drive file metadata and file content only as needed for features you request, such as listing folders, downloading files, uploading files, syncing selected folders, renaming files, moving files, or deleting files.
How We Use Information

Google Drive Data and Limited Use
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We request only the Google Drive permissions needed for the App features you choose to use.
- We use Google Drive data only to provide or improve visible, user-facing App features.
- We do not transfer Google Drive data to third parties except when necessary to provide the App, comply with law, protect security, or with your explicit consent.
- We do not allow human access to your Google Drive files unless you explicitly provide files or logs for support, it is necessary for security or legal reasons, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
- We do not use Google Drive data for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, data brokerage, credit evaluation, or unrelated analytics.
How Information Is Stored
OAuth tokens and connection settings are intended to be stored locally on your Mac, using secure local storage such as macOS Keychain where supported. Google Drive files may be stored locally only when you download, cache, or sync them through the App. We do not intentionally store the contents of your Google Drive files on Orvex Grid servers unless you choose to send specific files or logs to us for support.

These providers may process information only for our instructions and must protect it appropriately. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
