These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orvex Grid LLC website and our Mac application that connects to Google Drive (the "App"). By using the website or App, you agree to these Terms.
Google Drive connection. The App is designed to help you access and manage your own Google Drive files from your Mac after you authorize access through Google OAuth. You remain responsible for your Google account, files, permissions, and compliance with Google's terms and policies.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
License and Use
Subject to these Terms, Orvex Grid LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where permitted by law.
Your Responsibilities
- Use the website and App only for lawful purposes.
- Keep your device, Google account, passwords, and authentication credentials secure.
- Review actions before uploading, downloading, moving, renaming, syncing, or deleting files.
- Maintain your own backups of important files.
- Do not use the App to infringe rights, distribute malware, overload systems, or access data you are not authorized to access.
Google Services
The App may use Google OAuth and Google Drive APIs. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's applicable terms and policies. Google may change, suspend, or discontinue APIs or services, which may affect App functionality. Orvex Grid LLC is not responsible for Google services, Google accounts, or changes made by Google.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App or website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
Updates and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or App at any time. Some updates may be required for security, compatibility, or continued access to Google APIs.

Intellectual Property
The website, App, design, text, software, logos, and related materials are owned by Orvex Grid LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Google Drive and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.
Disclaimers
The website and App are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, network, Google account configuration, or Google service change.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvex Grid LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of the website or App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or App if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or systems, or if continued access is no longer commercially or technically feasible. You may stop using the App at any time and revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
